Host your conference or corporate event in the lush retreat environment of Fantail Lodge Conference Hotel. We have excellent facilities and can accommodate groups of up to 34 overnight guests or a larger daytime number.

Accommodation
All suite accommodation - All suites are set in park-like native bush surroundings, rich in birdlife.

Suites contain lounge bedroom and ensuite  facilities. Superior Suite contains lounge, bedroom (some with dressing room) heated towel rail, own terrace.

Villas contain two bedrooms (1 dbl - 1 twin), two bathrooms, dining, lounge, private undercover parking, telephone/internet connection points in each room, instant underfloor heating, TV & Video, very spacious private terraces.

The bedding is of the best possible quality, coffee/tea making facilities in all suites. Bathrooms are spacious and all suites are with mains-pressure. The bathrooms in the villas also have floor heating. Most of the suites can be either double or twin.

 

Corporate Rates
Rates are commisionable to agents. Day rate includes room and standard equipment hire, lunch, morning and afternoon tea.

Corporate packages include accommodation, use of rooms, standard equipment, all food and are for a 24 hr period.

With Corporate packages, the standard corporate lunch includes a fingerfood lunch which will be designed according to composition of group, weather and activites.
